Q: How far in advance should I schedule the transport of my vehicle?

A:The more notice we have the better but normally we are able to have a truck assigned and its way to pick up your vehicle 1-7 days from the date the vehicle is first available from pick up.

Q: How long will take to pick up and deliver my vehicle?

A: Depending of the distance. A coast to coast trip usually takes 10 or 14 days. Shorter trips can take from 3-10 day. Traffic, weather and truck breakdowns are other factors that can delay a trip.

Q: Can I pack things is my car?

A: Federal and State Department of transportation (DOT) regulation prohibit the transport of household items in vehicles being transported by auto carriers.

Q: How do I pay for service?

A: First of all we need 15% of the shippment price. We take VISA and MC. The balance should be paid to the driver as they make the delivery. The remaining balance must be paid via cash, certified check or Money Order (No Credit Card and Personal checks will be accepted upon delivery). You may make payment in full with a credit card at the time the order is placed.
